Intermediate Training Plan

Take your climbing to the next level with our 10-week Intermediate Training Plan, designed for climbers tackling V3-V5 grades. This program is tailored to your specific strengths and weaknesses to help you progress.

How it works:

  1. Attend a 1.5-hour assessment session with our head coach to evaluate your climbing-based strengths.
  2. Based on the assessment, receive a customised 10-week training plan designed to elevate your climbing abilities.
  3. Receive an information sheet guiding you through the exercises included in the plan.
  4. Follow the plan at your own pace, with the option to email our coach for any clarifications.
  5. Put your newfound gains to the test as you climb with confidence.
  6. Consider booking another assessment session to track and celebrate your progress.
