Looking to progress your bouldering to the next level? Book onto one of our workshops!

In these sessions, our experienced coaches will help us introduce and refine the techniques and skills needed to progress as boulderers.

Focusing on a different topic each fortnight, these 90-minute sessions are a great way to improve your climbing abilities. Each session will consist of a warm up, skills session, practice on specific boulder problems and a cool down/debrief. Some sessions may also include some gym work.

You will be provided with climbing shoes and chalk for this session.

Who is it for?

This course is ideal for those currently climbing V1-4 (green/blue/red circuits) and are looking to progress onto harder boulder problems. However, we welcome all abilities – there’ll be something everyone can take away!

You must be 18+ years old to attend and already be a registered user of the centre.

These Bouldering Workshops are great for improving specific skills but are done in a group setting. If you’re looking to get an assessment of skills you could build or want an individualised plan, check out our 1:1 coaching sessions.

Please arrive 10 minutes early – it takes a little time to check your paperwork and get your shoes fitted.

Gift Voucher: If you are wanting to book using a gift voucher, please call us on 01792 399618 or book in person.

Getting here: We are easy to get to via car, train, or on foot. Find us on google maps Here

Parking: There is plenty of parking at Parc Tawe. Customers will automatically receive two hours worth of free parking but, by registering their car at reception, can receive a further three hours starting from the moment they enter their car registration.

What to wear: Wear loose comfortable clothing (what you would wear to the gym). It can be a little chilly in the winter, so make sure you have some warm clothes. However, you will warm up while climbing – wearing ‘layers’ that can be added or removed as required is ideal. Please bring some thin socks to wear with the climbing shoes.

Lockers: We have free to use lockers, which require your own padlocks (purchasable at reception).  However we cannot take responsibility for your valuables, so ideally do not bring anything of significant value to the centre.

Café: We have a great café serving coffee, cake, sandwiches and soft drinks.

You can cancel your bookings so long as you give us reasonable notice. This is different depending on what type of session you have booked.

Single Sessions: 72 hrs notice required
