  2. Based on the assessment, receive a detailed 12-week training plan designed exclusively for you.
  3. Receive an information sheet guiding you through the exercises included in the plan.
  4. Follow the plan independently, with the option to email your coach for any inquiries during this period.
  5. Showcase your enhanced skills as you climb, putting your newfound gains to the test.
  6. Consider booking another assessment session to track and celebrate your progress.
